Privacy

This page covers huspace.ai, our website, and the hu app at app.huspace.ai while it runs as a demo. We’ll update it before accounts with your own data open.

Archived version — no longer in force. This text was written for the demo of October 2026. On 31 October 2026 it was replaced by the Privacy Policy. All our documents are on the Legal page.

Who we are

huSpace builds hu and runs huspace.ai. To reach us about privacy, use our contact form.

What this website collects

Nothing by default. We don’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We store three preferences in your browser — light or dark theme, whether you paused motion, and whether you hid hu, our little guide — and they never leave your device.

When you write to us

The contact form sends your name, email, topic, optional link and message to our team’s chat (Telegram) so we can reply. We use it only to answer you, never for marketing, and we don’t sell personal data. Ask us at any time to delete it.

The film

The film on our home page is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and we use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you press play, Google’s privacy policy applies.

Hand control (opt-in)

On the product page you can steer the memory lotus with your hands. Your camera is used only after you press “Try it with your hands” and your browser asks you. The video is processed inside your browser and never leaves your device. At that moment the hand-tracking code loads from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and its model from Google (storage.googleapis.com) — their privacy policies apply to those downloads. Close the view or turn the camera off and it stops.

The hu demo

Today app.huspace.ai runs as an interactive demo on a sample life. Conversations, memory and tasks are simulated in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to our servers.

Your rights

If you’ve written to us, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it — just write to us. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
