How do the 5 hours and the week work together?
The 5-hour window opens with your first message and renews in full five hours later. Each window is a third of your week, so one long evening never uses up the whole week. The week starts on the day you subscribe.
Do calls count toward the 5-hour window?
No. Calls count toward the week only, so you can talk to hu even when the window is full.
Which plan should I pick?
Most people start with Pro: 2.7 times Plus and up to about an hour and ten minutes of calls a week. Plus is enough for everyday chat; Max and Ultra add the Extra High and Ultracode effort levels and run several big tasks at once.
