Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and other browser storage that huSpace uses in the app at app.huspace.ai and on the website at huspace.ai. huSpace is run by Alperen LTD, Cyprus (company details).
The short version
- We use only what huSpace needs to work, and to remember choices you make.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our emails don’t contain tracking pixels.
- That’s why we don’t show a cookie banner. If we ever add a cookie that isn’t strictly needed, we’ll ask you first.
What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser and reads on your next visit. Browser storage (local storage and IndexedDB) works in a similar way, but stays in your browser and isn’t sent with every request.
In the app (app.huspace.ai)
Cookies
All of these are set by huSpace itself, except the last row, which our network and security provider sets for us.

Browser storage
- Local storage keeps your interface choices: panel sizes, the tours and “what’s new” notes you’ve seen, notices you’ve hidden, plan offers you’ve seen, your Studio choices and drafts, open chat panes and notification settings. It also keeps a device ID that the app sends with your messages so they’re delivered reliably, and identifiers used for push notifications.
- IndexedDB keeps messages you’ve sent until our server has received them, so nothing is lost if your connection drops.
Camera for hand control
If you use hand gestures to move around your memory, the camera image is processed only in your browser and isn’t sent to us or anyone else.
Content from other services
Maps in the app load from a map service. It receives your IP address and the part of the map you look at.
On our website (huspace.ai)
- Apart from the investor deck below, and the security cookies of our network provider described for the app above, the site doesn’t set cookies.
- Local storage keeps your theme (
hs-theme, and the oldertheme), your motion setting (hs-motion), and whether you’ve hidden the hu guide (hs-hu). - The investor deck, which is behind a password, uses one cookie,
pitch_auth, to remember that you entered the password. It’s used only on that page. - The film on the site plays from a video service in its privacy-enhanced mode, and loads only after you press play. That service’s own policies apply from then on.
- The hand-control demo loads its files from a public code delivery network and a cloud storage service, only after you turn it on.
These services receive your IP address when they load.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block huSpace’s own cookies, you won’t be able to sign in.
- Clearing local storage resets your interface choices. Clearing IndexedDB can lose messages that haven’t reached us yet.
- We don’t track you across other sites, so Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals don’t change anything here.
Changes
If we add or change a cookie, we’ll update this page. If a new cookie isn’t strictly needed, we’ll ask for your consent before we use it.
